Careers

We are a small studio that builds software for clients across the world. We hire people who care about the details nobody asked for.

01 — How we work

  • 01

    Craft over volume

We take on fewer projects and do them properly. Clean code, considered interfaces and careful testing are the standard, not extras. We would rather ship something smaller that works well than something larger that does not.

  • 02

    Ownership, end to end

Everyone owns their work from the first conversation to production and beyond. You talk to clients, question briefs and see your decisions through. If something breaks, we fix it together and learn from it without blame.

  • 03

Rooted in Imphal, open to remote

Our studio is in Imphal, and we build for clients across India, the Gulf, Europe, the USA and Australia. We work in a remote-friendly way, with clear written communication, shared boards and agreed hours for collaboration across time zones.

  • 04

Learning as part of the job

Good work depends on people who keep improving. We review each other's code and designs, share what we learn after every project and make time to explore new tools before we bring them to client work.

03 — Hiring process

  1. Step 01

    Apply

Send a short note about yourself, the area you are interested in and links to work you are proud of: a portfolio, a repository or a product you helped build. A CV is helpful but not essential.

  2. Step 02

    Conversation

An informal call with someone from the team. We talk about your experience, how you like to work and what you want to learn, and you can ask us anything about the studio.

  3. Step 03

    Practical exercise

A small, focused task close to the work we do, followed by a discussion of your approach. We keep it short and respect your time, and we care more about your reasoning than a polished result.

  4. Step 04

    Meet the team and decide

A final conversation with the people you would work alongside. We aim to give a clear decision promptly and share honest feedback whatever the outcome.
