AI solutions

We build AI agents, chatbots and document pipelines that answer from your own data, act through your systems and know when to hand over to a person.

Overview

Useful AI is narrow, grounded and measured. We start with a task that costs your team real hours, such as answering repeat customer questions, reading invoices or searching policy documents. Then we build a system that retrieves from your own content, uses tools through your APIs and logs every answer for review. We work with OpenAI and Anthropic Claude models, and with open models from Hugging Face when data must stay on your servers. Chatbots run on your website and on WhatsApp, where many customers in India and the Gulf already talk to businesses.

01 — What we deliver

  • 01

    AI agents

Tool-using agents that look up orders, book appointments and update CRM records within clear limits.

  • 02

    Knowledge assistants

Retrieval over your documents, policies and wikis, with answers that cite their sources.

  • 03

    Document extraction

Invoices, forms, contracts and receipts turned into structured data, with low-confidence fields flagged for review.

  • 04

    WhatsApp and web chatbots

Conversational assistants for support, sales and bookings, with handover to a human agent.

  • 05

    AI features in existing products

Summaries, semantic search, classification and drafting added to software you already run.

  • 06

    Evaluation and guardrails

Test sets, accuracy tracking, personal data redaction and escalation rules built in from the start.

02 — Solutions

Customer support assistants

Answer repeat questions around the clock and pass complex cases to your team with full context.

Internal knowledge search

Staff ask questions in plain language and get answers from SOPs, contracts and past work.

Document processing pipelines

High-volume extraction from PDFs and scans into your ERP, CRM or database.

Lead qualification bots

Website and WhatsApp conversations that qualify enquiries and book calls into your calendar.

Private and on-premise AI

Open models deployed on your infrastructure for data that cannot leave your control.

03 — Delivery cycle

  1. Step 01

    Use-case discovery

We identify the tasks where AI saves real time and where mistakes would be costly.

  2. Step 02

    Data audit

We review the documents, systems and permissions the AI will need, and clean up what is missing.

  3. Step 03

    Prototype

A working prototype on your real samples, so you judge quality on your data, not a demo.

  4. Step 04

    Evaluation set

We define what a good answer looks like and measure every version against it.

  5. Step 05

    Production build

Integrations, guardrails, logging, access control and a review interface for your team.

  6. Step 06

    Pilot

A limited rollout to a small group of users, with feedback captured on every response.

  7. Step 07

    Rollout and monitoring

Wider release, with accuracy, cost per task and escalation rates tracked over time.

06 — Why Foxbeta

  • 01

    Grounded answers, with sources

Our assistants answer from your content and show where each answer came from, or say they do not know.

  • 02

    Measured, not demoed

Every system ships with an evaluation set, so quality is tracked with evidence rather than impressions.

  • 03

    Model-agnostic

We choose between OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and open models per task, balancing quality, cost and privacy.

  • 04

    Conversational product experience

Our work on Convobot360, a conversational chatbot product, shapes how we handle handovers, context and tone.

08 — FAQ

Will the AI make things up?
We reduce that risk by grounding answers in your documents, requiring citations, testing against evaluation sets and instructing the system to say when it does not know. Sensitive actions always pass a human check.
Is our data used to train AI models?
OpenAI and Anthropic state in their business API terms that API data is not used for training by default. Where stricter control is needed, we deploy open models on your own infrastructure.
How long does an AI project take?
A focused pilot typically takes 4–8 weeks, from discovery to a working system used by a small group. Production rollout follows once the pilot results are reviewed.
How much does an AI solution cost?
Build cost depends on data preparation, integrations, evaluation and the interface required. Running cost depends on model choice and usage volume, which we estimate up front. We give a fixed quote for the build after a short discovery call.
Can the chatbot work on WhatsApp?
Yes. We build on the WhatsApp Business API, with the same knowledge base and handover rules as your website chatbot.
Do we need a lot of data to get started?
No. Most assistants work from the documents you already have, such as FAQs, policies and product information. We help you fill the gaps we find during the data audit.
