Integrations

We connect payment gateways, ERPs, CRMs, stores and messaging platforms through APIs that are documented, monitored and built to recover from failure.

Overview

Data that lives in five systems ends up wrong in four of them. Integrations fix that, if they are built properly. We design each connection around a clear source of truth, handle rate limits and retries, and log every sync so problems can be traced. We work with REST, GraphQL, webhooks and file-based exchanges, from Razorpay and Stripe to Zoho, HubSpot, ERPNext, Shopify and the WhatsApp Business API. When a vendor offers no API, we build a careful workaround and document its limits.

01 — What we deliver

  • 01

    Payment gateway integration

Razorpay and Stripe checkouts, webhooks, refunds, payouts and daily reconciliation.

  • 02

    ERP and accounting sync

Orders, invoices, stock and payments synced with ERPNext, Odoo and Zoho Books.

  • 03

    CRM integration

HubSpot and Zoho CRM connected to your website, telephony, store and support desk.

  • 04

    Messaging integration

WhatsApp Business API, Twilio SMS and transactional email wired into your workflows.

  • 05

    Custom API development

REST and GraphQL APIs for partners, mobile apps and internal tools, with versioning and docs.

  • 06

    Middleware and sync services

Queues, field mapping, retries and dashboards for integrations that need to run at volume.

02 — Solutions

Order to cash

Store orders flow into the ERP, invoices are raised and payments reconciled without retyping.

Lead to customer

Forms, ads and chats create CRM records, trigger follow-ups and hand over to onboarding.

Logistics and shipping

Courier aggregators, label printing and tracking updates pushed to customers automatically.

Third-party verification

Identity, tax and document verification services built into onboarding and approval flows.

Reporting feeds

Data from every system consolidated into one database for reliable reporting.

03 — Delivery cycle

  1. Step 01

    Systems inventory

We list every system, its API, its limits and who owns it inside your business.

  2. Step 02

    Data mapping

Fields, formats, ownership and conflict rules agreed before anything is connected.

  3. Step 03

    Interface design

Sync direction, frequency, error handling and idempotency defined for each flow.

  4. Step 04

    Sandbox build

Integrations built and tested against vendor sandboxes, never against live data first.

  5. Step 05

    Edge-case testing

Duplicates, timeouts, partial failures and vendor outages tested deliberately.

  6. Step 06

    Deploy and monitor

Production release with logs per record, alerts and reconciliation jobs.

  7. Step 07

    Document and hand over

Runbooks, diagrams and API documentation your team or ours can work from.

06 — Why Foxbeta

  • 01

    Failure is designed for

Idempotent writes, retries and nightly reconciliation mean a vendor outage never leaves your data half-synced.

  • 02

    Every sync is traceable

Each record carries a log of where it came from and what changed, so issues are diagnosed quickly.

  • 03

    Indian and international rails

Razorpay, UPI and Indian tax tools sit comfortably alongside Stripe and global SaaS platforms.

  • 04

    Documentation you can hand over

Diagrams and runbooks mean the integration never depends on one engineer remembering how it works.

08 — FAQ

Can you integrate a system that has no API?
Often, yes. Depending on the system we use database access, scheduled file exports, email parsing or, as a last resort, browser automation. We explain the reliability trade-offs before building.
How long does an integration take?
A single integration with a well-documented API typically takes 1–3 weeks including testing. Multi-system syncs with complex mapping take longer and are delivered flow by flow.
How much does API integration cost?
Cost depends on the number of systems, the quality of their APIs, data volumes, sync direction and how much error handling and reconciliation is needed. We give a fixed quote after a short discovery call.
Should the sync be real-time or batch?
Real-time suits payments, stock and customer-facing data. Batch suits reporting and large volumes. Most projects use both, and we decide per flow.
What happens when a vendor changes its API?
Monitoring flags failures immediately. Under a care plan we track vendor deprecation notices and update integrations before old versions are switched off.
Can you build an API for our partners to use?
Yes. We build versioned REST or GraphQL APIs with authentication, rate limits and developer documentation.
