Government & public sector
We build citizen-facing portals and secure staff systems that move paper processes online, for government bodies and diplomatic missions.
Overview
Public services are often the last to leave paper behind. Applicants queue, staff retype forms and nobody can see where a request stands. Moving these processes online is less about technology than about clarity: a form a citizen can complete without help, a queue an officer can work through and records that stay secure. We built the NOC Portal for the Embassy of Nepal, which is live and processing travel approval requests. We bring the same approach to government digitisation in India, Nepal and beyond.
01 — Challenges
01
Paper-based processes
Forms, signatures and physical visits slow every request and burden staff.
02
No visibility for applicants
Citizens cannot see where their application stands without calling or visiting.
03
Sensitive records
Personal data and official documents need strict access control and audit trails.
04
Every kind of user
Portals must work for people of all ages, abilities and levels of digital confidence.
