Autopartwala
Autopartwala sells two-wheeler spare parts across India from Karol Bagh, New Delhi. We rebuilt the store from the ground up on Medusa and Next.js: customers pick their bike and see only the parts that fit, search understands part numbers and Hinglish, and payments, GST invoices and courier tracking run on their own. The new store launches soon.

About Autopartwala
Autopartwala is an online store for two-wheeler spares, with parts for Hero, Bajaj, TVS, Royal Enfield and Honda bikes and scooters, from engine and fuel systems to electricals, brakes and body parts. It delivers across India.
Challenge
The problem to solve
Spare parts are only useful if they fit. The old store let shoppers browse by brand and category but not by their own bike, and had no real search, so customers relied on support to find the right part. Behind the scenes, orders, invoices and shipping needed manual work, and the catalogue was hard to grow.
- Show every customer only the parts that fit their bike.
- Make search work the way riders type: part numbers, brands and Hinglish.
- Take online payments and cash on delivery with clear rules.
- Automate GST invoices, courier booking and tracking.
- Carry over old URLs and rankings, with full technical SEO.
Solution
What we built
Commerce runs on Medusa v2 with a server-rendered Next.js storefront. A bike selector (make, model, year, variant) is remembered for each visitor and saved to a signed-in customer’s garage, and every listing filters to parts that fit at variant level. Meilisearch powers listings and search, with exact part-number matches, Hinglish synonyms and filters. Checkout takes Razorpay or cash on delivery, and each order produces a numbered GST invoice and books a Shiprocket shipment, tracked by webhook. Old autopartwala.com URLs redirect permanently, and every page carries structured data.
